nomasta ("nomasta", "we", "us") runs the website at www.nomasta.com, a free travel search and price-comparison service. We help you find flights, stays and things to do, and link you to third-party travel providers ("Partners"), such as airlines, online travel agencies and accommodation platforms, where you can make a booking.

We are not a travel agent, airline or accommodation provider. We do not sell tickets or rooms, take bookings, or process payments.

By using nomasta you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

When you click "Book now" or a similar link, you leave nomasta and go to a Partner's website. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that Partner, under the Partner's own terms, fare rules, cancellation and refund policies, and privacy policy. Please read them before you book.

Payments, tickets, confirmations, changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, check-in and travel documents are handled by the Partner. For help with an existing booking, contact the Partner directly.

Prices, schedules and availability come from our Partners and data providers and change frequently. We show them in good faith, but we can't guarantee that they are accurate, complete or still available when you reach the Partner's website.

• Prices may be cached for a short time and may differ from the final price on the Partner's website.
• Partners may add taxes, fees, baggage charges or payment surcharges that weren't shown on nomasta.
• Amounts shown in a currency other than the Partner's are converted using recent exchange rates and are estimates only. The price you pay is the one confirmed by the Partner.

By default, flight results are sorted by total price, lowest first. The Fastest tab sorts by journey time, and the Best tab balances price, duration and number of stops. Commission we may receive from a Partner never affects how results are sorted or filtered.

Many links on nomasta are affiliate links. If you make a booking after clicking one, the Partner may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra. See our Affiliate disclosure for the list of Partners and how this works.

When using nomasta, you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or copy content or prices by automated means, or use the service to build a competing product;
• interfere with the service, its security, or other users, or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• generate fake clicks, searches or bookings, or misuse affiliate links;
• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.

We may restrict or block access if we believe these terms have been broken.

The nomasta name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Airline, hotel and Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their products. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial travel planning.

We link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, products, services or practices, and a link doesn't mean we endorse a Partner beyond listing their offer.

nomasta is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the service, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that information shown is accurate or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from any booking, travel disruption, or act or omission of a Partner, airline or accommodation provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continuing to use nomasta after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
